The Site is an independent lead generation and referral resource. The Site is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. When you submit an inquiry or call the number displayed on the Site, your request may be connected to one or more independent, third-party roofing contractors. See our Lead Generation Disclosure.
2. No contractor relationship; verify credentials
Any agreement for roofing services is solely between you and the contractor you choose to hire. We do not supervise, direct, or control any contractor’s work, and we do not warrant or guarantee any work performed. Before hiring any contractor, you are responsible for verifying that they hold the licensing, bonding, and insurance required for the work. Arizona contractor licenses can be verified through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at roc.az.gov.
3. Informational content only
Content on the Site — including articles, guides, and descriptions of roofing services — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, engineering, or legal advice, and it may not reflect the specific conditions of your property. Always obtain a professional on-site assessment before making decisions about roofing work.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false inquiries, scraping content, attempting to disrupt the Site’s operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
